My Coaching

I offer psychological counseling and coaching for adolescents and adults in both German and English. My goal is to support you on your personal journey toward greater clarity, inner strength and emotional balance.

In a safe and confidential space, you are invited to discuss your concerns and discover new perspectives and courses of action. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and life circumstances.

What is especially important to me is helping you strengthen your own resources and resilience. Together, we work on understanding inner conflicts, reflecting on thought and behavior patterns and on developing new perspectives and solutions. The aim is to enhance your ability to act, reduce emotional distress and improve your quality of life.

Together, we develop strategies that help you manage challenges, gain inner clarity and pursue your goals consciously - drawing on the power of your own potential.

Psychological Counseling

As a psychological counselor, I do support you in coping with personal and professional challenges. The focus is on guidance and counseling around life issues, offering professional support to individuals who find themselves in stressful situations, want to overcome personal crises, or are facing important decisions.

Psychological counseling serves clarification, orientation, personal development and can help you to cope better with difficult situations and to establish emotional stability.

Coaching

Coaching is a goal-oriented process that can help you clarify personal or professional concerns, develop your potential and achieve concrete objectives. The focus is on the client - their individual abilities, resources and readiness to change and develop.

As a coach, I foster my clients’ self-responsibility and sense of agency through targeted questions, methods and reflections. Coaching is based on an equal, trusting relationship and aims to activate your resources and address concrete challenges in the here and now.

Initial Consultation
The initial meeting serves to get to know each other, discuss your concerns and goals, build trust and clarify any open questions.

Sessions
After our first meeting, we begin the sessions tailored to your individual needs.

Fees

Initial consultation (50 minutes): € 90
Individual session (60 minutes): € 120

Flexible pricing and social rates are available upon request.

Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be scheduled by phone or email.
Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that, the full fee will be charged.

Couseling for International Clients

I also offer counseling and coaching for English-speaking clients and expats. Sessions take place at my private practice and can also be held online if preferred.
